I am open to creating commissioned work. Acceptance will be dependant upon the subject matter, scale, any time constraints, my availability and discretion. If I agree to create a commissioned piece, the buyer will be required to sign a commission agreement so that both parties have a clear understanding of the time/costs involved in creating the work and outcomes/expectations professionally managed.
My original paintings have always featured my signature on the canvas framework to identify the original. I now issue a hand signed Certificate Of Authenticity card with each original sold, to formally identify and certify the original work. Limited edition prints also come with a numbered COA.
Yes! It is now possible to purchase limited edition prints of my recent works on premium 310gsm Ilford Galerie 100%cotton rag paper. Only 21 certified prints will be released of each new work and available until sold out. Each print will be accompanied by a hand signed and numbered Certified Of Authenticity. Please allow 3-7 days turnaround time for print production. NB: prints of my earlier works are not available for purchase.
A one-of custom-sized print of a recent work may be possible upon special request.
Please contact me to discuss further.
Unfortunately I cannot accept a return based on change of mind. Due to the time and care taken to prepare a canvas or print for transit (eg: in the case of an original painting a custom wooden crate takes many, many hours to construct) - plus certification, paperwork, labelling and padding - it is just not possible to return such fragile and unique items.
All Artworks sent are insured with the postal service or freight company transporting the item/s.
If your print arrives damaged I will replace it if stocks allow (filmed or clearly photographed evidence of damage required). Understandably original artworks cannot be replaced. (Please note: I cannot control the postal/freight company's staff or equipment involved in transit once an item leaves my hands, nor any unforeseen operational changes which may affect the smooth transit of such precious items. I therefore cannot be responsible for an accident, incident or Act of God which may prevent or affect the delivery of your purchase. In the very rare event that a canvas arrives at its destination damaged, the buyer will need to clearly film/photograph the damaged item for evidence when unpacked. An insurance claim would then be lodged and your funds refunded as soon as the freight/postal company settles the claim. However, please rest assured; I will do everything in my power to safeguard that the utmost care is taken to successfully transport your purchase to your door without a hitch).

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS
All Artworks sent are insured with the postal service or freight company transporting the item/s. If your print arrives damaged we will replace it if stocks allow (filmed or clearly photographed evidence of damage required).
Understandably original artworks cannot be replaced.
We cannot control the postal, freight or shipping company's staff, methods or equipment involved in transit once an item leaves the business' location, nor any unforeseen operational changes which may affect the smooth transit of such precious items. We therefore cannot be responsible for an accident, incident or Act of God which may prevent or affect the delivery of your purchase.
In the very rare event that a canvas arrives at its destination damaged or defective, the buyer will need to clearly film/photograph the damaged or defective item for evidence. Once the evidence of damage or defect has been received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your evidence. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund upon inspection of evidence received.
If you are approved and the damage or defect deemed sincere, an insurance claim would then be lodged with the postal, freight or shipping company involved in the item's transit and the refund returned to the buyer once the claim has been settled with the insurance company. Your refund will then be processed promptly, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. However, please rest assured; we will do everything in our power to safeguard that the utmost care is taken to successfully transport your purchase to your door without a hitch.
